Hexann designs and installs premium bioclimatic pergolas, shading systems, and glass-wall terrace solutions, combining modern technology with elegant design.
The goal of the campaigns was to promote Hexann's premium pergola, terrace covering, and shading solutions, and to generate as many relevant leads as possible from both residential and commercial segments. Since these are high-value products requiring a longer decision-making process, communication needed to simultaneously focus on brand building, trust, and the acquisition of concrete inquiries. The strategy therefore combined multiple platforms and campaign types covering different stages of the buyer's journey.

On Meta platforms, we primarily run lead generation campaigns aimed at getting interested parties to submit their details for a quote or contact request. The campaign structure includes both website-based quote request campaigns and Facebook Instant Form campaigns. Website campaigns serve those who want to learn more about the products and references in detail, while the Instant Form solution enables faster contact for those who are already interested in the service. In addition, separate campaigns run for specific product categories, and remarketing campaigns re-engage users who have previously interacted with the brand.
The lead campaigns are complemented by engagement campaigns, which aim to increase brand awareness and strengthen community activity. These campaigns help potential clients encounter the Hexann brand multiple times, get acquainted with the premium solutions, and approach the company with greater confidence during the later decision process.
In the Google Ads system, we apply two main campaign types. Search campaigns target users actively looking for pergolas, terrace coverings, or related solutions. These campaigns bring high-intent prospects to the website, as users are already searching for a specific product or solution. Keywords such as "bioclimatic pergola," "retractable terrace," and "aluminum pergola" signal direct interest in the products.
Search campaigns are complemented by Performance Max campaigns, which display ads across the entire Google ecosystem — search, Display Network, YouTube, and other surfaces. These campaigns provide broader visibility, support brand awareness, and also facilitate remarketing processes. The two campaign types together ensure that both those already searching for a solution and those just discovering the product category are reached.
